We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that it takes 2-4 business days for orders to be processed. *This processing time does not apply during peak seasons including promotions, sales and holidays. Please allow additional time for processing, shipping, and delivery of your order and be aware of any delays due to customs and the postal service that may delay delivery times.
All US orders receive free shipping with a $250 purchase or more! There will be a flat rate of $9.95 for the continental US and $15.95 for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam.
$14.95 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide (free shipping over $400)
**Please note for international orders that import duties, taxes and charges are not including in the item price of shipping cost and WU Aesthetics is not responsible for these additional charges. We strongly advise contacting your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing an order. Packages that are refused will be returned to our shipping facilities and a refund will be issued. Some counties may experience longer delays due to local postal requirements.
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You will be able to check the status and any shipping updates at your convenience. Expedited shipping is available as an option, please click that option when you get to the shipping page. You may also call/email us during business hours to make sure your preferred shipping is confirmed.
Shipping to PO/Mailboxes or to any APO/FPO is not available
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

Order corrections must be made before your item is processed. As always, we will do anything we can to accommodate you.
Once you’ve received your order, and your items are damaged or missing, please call or email us immediately as we want to rectify any issues expeditiously.
